A Farewell from IROC's Executive Director RaeAnne Davis

Dear IROC Colleagues, Friends, & Partners,

RaeAnne Davis, MSPH

I am proud of the many challenges and triumphs that IROC has navigated during my time with the organization, especially the transition to an independent nonprofit over the last three years. We truly have so much to be proud of as a network. Therefore, it is bittersweet for me to announce that I have decided to depart from my role as executive director of IROC, effective Friday, May 31, 2024.

I have been working closely with the IROC Board of Directors and project team to plan a thoughtful transition and ensure the organization’s continued momentum as all teams work to drive quality improvement, projects, and partnerships. The IROC Board has already begun strategizing its search for new executive leadership with an emphasis on network growth, collaboration with external partners, and sustainability. More information on this process will be communicated with the network as it develops.

I feel a strong connection to the IROC mission and team, and I value my many years of involvement with IROC, first as project manager and then as executive director. I am also immensely proud to have been a part of IROC’s journey of growth, and to have witnessed the impact it has made at care centers and in the lives of patients and their families. I look forward to seeing the network continue in its journey of innovation, connectivity, and community.

As always, if there are questions about IROC, please reach out to the IROC project staff at iroc@cchmc.org.

Thank you again for your years of partnership; IROC’s strength is truly in its community.

Sincerely,

RaeAnne Davis
