A Farewell from IROC's Executive Director Jack Lennon

Dear IROC Colleagues, Friends, & Partners:

Jack Lennon, Outgoing Executive Director, IROC

I am so proud of the challenges, transitions, and triumphs that IROC has navigated over the last year and beyond. We truly have so much to be proud of as a network. It, therefore, is a truly bittersweet moment for me as I announce the departure from my role as Executive Director of IROC, effective Friday, December 3, 2021. I will be starting a new role with CVS Health Kidney Care Commercialization & Integrated Solutions team, where I hope to continue to impact the lives of people with kidney disease.

Over the last few weeks, I have partnered with the IROC project team and Board of Directors to create a plan to ensure a smooth transition. IROC leadership has already started the process to find a new Executive Director that will bring the necessary skill set and experience to the position to drive IROC even further forward. More information on this process will be communicated with the network in the coming weeks. As you all know, IROC is near and dear to my heart, so I will not disappear. I will absolutely remain connected through the CEW, and leadership is working on formalizing some continued involvement with the Board of Directors.

I have immensely enjoyed all of my years of involvement with IROC, especially the last 2.5 years as Executive Director. I am also immensely proud of where IROC has been and the impact it has made and will continue to make. I have so many memories, personally and professionally, tied to IROC and each of you. So thanks for making these last few years so special.
